We are transitioning to a new Patient Portal.  Please visit our main website at quinaultcommunityhealth.org and select Patient Portal to establish a patient portal account on the new portal.

During the transition, current portal users of this site can still access their accounts for old medical information and to view past billing information (bills before June 3, 2025), but there is no more messaging functions. All requests for refills, appt scheduling, etc. will be at the new Patient Portal site.  Thank you for your patience as we make this transition.
